About Us

In 2003 Stuart reluctantly let his daughter, Jac, join the business, initially as the Watersports Manager. Having always wanted to "be just like her Dad" she threw herself into new and used boat sales only a few years later. Jac loves spending quality time with her husband and 2 boys by the river at the family's shack. She says the best part of her job is seeing the smile on her customers faces when they arrive to pick up their new boat. You will find Jac in our new boat showroom pretending to work 90% of the time.

a.k.a "Cam"

Cam is our 'resident prankster'. He puts as much effort into playing practical jokes on the staff as he does making sure they are all working. If you can't find him selling the latest Malibu & Axis Boats or selling the best wakeboards and skis on offer, then he's probably busy planning his next attack! Cam joined in the family business in 2007 and is now the most versatile staff member as when it comes to wakeboards, skis, boats etc he knows his stuff! Having grown up on the river, he enjoys getting out on the water when he has time to tear himself away from the basketball court.

Jaz has been with us for over a decade and has a vast knowledge of everything in the Watersports shop. If Jaz can’t answer your questions, there’s probably not an answer to it. When she’s not busy in the shop, she enjoys hanging out with her two boys at the family shack in Blanchetown.

Sophie is the youngest in the Elite Watersports crew but is still super knowledgable on watersports gear. She’s quickly become a reliable all-rounder, always happy to jump in wherever she’s needed and help customers find exactly what they’re chasing. Outside of work, Sophie loves heading back to her rural hometown to spend time with family, unwinding on the river, or going for a night out on the town with friends.

Amanda brings a steady, friendly vibe to the team and is willing to help with any and all watersports enquiries from our customers. When she’s not at work, Amanda enjoys heading up to the river, going for walks, and spending time with her family — especially the kids and grandkids. Simple, good weekends are her thing.

Will finished school and decided to make the move from the coast to the city and has is our most experienced . Will is into wakeboarding, four wheel driving, motorbikes, surfing, partying & plenty more. Let's just say he likes stuff, but one thing he is extremely passionate about is KFC Bucket Hunting.

Parker began doing a school based apprenticeship with us, but after a while he knew school wasn't for him and he wanted to kick into a full-time apprenticeship. Parker has spent his whole life on the river, luckily enough the last 10 or so years have been behind the families Axis A20. He can be found flying around the track at The Bend, hitting some tracks on his dirt bike or up the river at the family shack. Clearly he enjoys life fast!

Josh is the youngest member of the entire Elite team and our up-and-coming service apprentice. Don’t let his age fool you — he’s quickly picking up the ropes in the workshop and is always keen to learn, lend a hand, and get stuck into whatever needs doing.When he’s off the tools, you’ll usually find Josh up at the river, making the most of his downtime and soaking up the lifestyle that comes with it. He’s got a bright future ahead in the service department, and we’re stoked to have him on the team.

a.k.a. "Tom"

Tom is our Digital Marketing & Events Coordinator. He brings fresh energy to the brand as someone on the outside of the boating world (with a huge passion for cars). He’s quickly finding his feet learning the lingo, as well as the boats and products on offer. When he’s not working, you’ll usually find Tom cruising his four-wheeled toys with friends, spending time with his partner, or jamming out on his guitar.
